How it works
From resume to decision, in three steps.

01Screen
Drop the pile, read the ranking.
Paste your job ad: ResumeRank extracts the criteria and their weight. Upload up to 50 resumes at once, or let applications arrive by e-mail. Each resume comes out scored out of 100, with a summary and what to check.
- 30 seconds per resume
- The same grid for every candidate
- Career history cross-checked with LinkedIn

02Analyze
The interview, without taking notes.
Record the interview, by video call or in person, then upload the file. You get a report: the sequences, the key moments, the points still to check and each person’s speaking time.
- Audio or video: only the sound is analyzed
- Feedback on how you led the interview
- Several interviews, one thread
- Quantifies her last sales cycle: 9 months, three decision-makers
- Asks two precise questions about the team
- To dig into: discount negotiation

03Decide
The manager reads, gives feedback, you move on.
Send the report through a secure link or as a PDF. The manager reads it without creating an account and gives feedback in one click. No more e-mail back-and-forth to approve a candidate.
- One-click feedback: go, discuss, no
- PDF and Excel for your clients
- With your agency’s branding (Team plan)

The question we hear most
Why not just ChatGPT?
Same resume, same job ad. On the left, a general-purpose AI assistant. On the right, ResumeRank.

General-purpose AI assistant
Here is Camille’s resume and our B2B sales rep job ad. Is she a good candidate?
Camille seems to be a good candidate for this role. Her six years as an account executive show solid sales experience, and her time in SaaS is a plus. You should still check her ability to handle large accounts. Overall, an interesting profile worth meeting. Score: 8/10.

Does ResumeRank replace my ATS?
No. ResumeRank handles screening, interview analysis and the decision. It works on its own, with your resume uploads and applications received by e-mail, or connected to WeRecruit with the Team plan.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
A general-purpose assistant answers one question at a time, with a format and criteria that change from one run to the next. ResumeRank applies the same grid to every candidate for a role, ranks them, keeps the history and hosts the data in France.
How much does ResumeRank cost?
Three plans, each with a 7-day free trial: Screening at $49/month (150 resume analyses, 3 interview reports), Hiring at $99/month (400 analyses, 30 interview reports, 2 users, talent pool, LinkedIn enrichment, sharing with managers) and Team at $249/month (1,500 analyses, 5 users included then $39 per user, WeRecruit integration, reports with your agency’s branding). 20% off with yearly billing, no commitment.
How does the 7-day trial work?
You pick a plan and enter a card, but nothing is charged for 7 days. Cancel in one click from your account: access stays open until the end of the trial, with no charge.
Does interview analysis film the candidate?
No. You upload an audio or video recording, but only the sound is analyzed: no face or body-language analysis. Remember to tell the candidate the interview is being recorded.
Where is candidate data stored?
It is hosted in France (Paris), encrypted at rest and in transit. You can delete a resume, an interview or a role at any time.
Can we work as a team?
Yes. The Hiring plan includes 2 users and the Team plan 5, then $39 per additional user. Managers read reports through a secure link and give feedback without creating an account.
Try it on your next opening.
Seven days to check that the ranking matches yours. No charge before the end of the trial.
