1. Introduction

ResumeRank is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

2. Data We Collect

• Account information (name, email)
• CV files and analysis results
• Interview recordings and transcripts
• Public LinkedIn profile information of candidates, when LinkedIn enrichment is used
• Usage data and logs
• Payment information (via Stripe)

We may produce and publish aggregated statistics about the use of the service. They do not identify any candidate, user or company.

3. Service Providers

Service providers act on our behalf, only as far as needed to deliver the service:

• Hosting of the platform and the data: France (Paris)
• Artificial intelligence: analysis of resumes and interviews
• Payments: PCI-DSS certified provider
• Communication: sending emails and receiving applications by email
• Technical operations: performance and error monitoring

These providers are bound by contract to confidentiality and security obligations. The detailed list is available to our customers on request, as part of the data processing agreement. Some providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States; these transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Data Retention

• Account: for as long as your subscription lasts.
• Resumes, analyses and reports: for as long as your account is active. You can delete them at any time from your account.
• Interview recordings: deleted once the analysis is complete.
• After cancellation: deletion on request at hello@resumerank.io, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Technical logs: 12 months maximum.

For candidate data, the company or agency using ResumeRank sets the retention period, as the data controller.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion (right to be forgotten)
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent
