Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern the use of the ResumeRank platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible at www.resumerank.io.

The Platform is published by Guillaume Coudreuse, sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur), registered with the Le Mans Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 830 540 407 00020, with principal establishment located at 2 avenue Bollée, 72100 Le Mans, France.

Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these ToS.

2. Services

ResumeRank offers an AI-powered CV analysis SaaS platform, including:

  • Automatic CV analysis (PDF, DOCX)
  • Intelligent scoring out of 100
  • Skills and experience extraction
  • Interview question generation
  • Multi-candidate comparison
  • Job position management and contextual analysis
  • LinkedIn enrichment, talent pool and sharing with hiring managers (Hiring and Team plans)
  • Team workspace, ATS connection and reports branded with your firm (Team plan)

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 7-day free trial

  • Offered once per user, on the first subscription to any of the three plans
  • A card is required at sign-up; nothing is charged during the 7-day trial
  • A reminder e-mail is sent 3 days before the trial ends
  • Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken on that date
  • Cancelling during the trial takes one click from the account and nothing is charged

3.2 Screening plan (€49 or $49 per month, or €468 or $468 per year billed annually)

  • 1 user
  • 150 CV analyses per month
  • Unlimited jobs, 50 CVs per upload
  • 3 interview reports per month
  • Multi-candidate comparison, PDF and Excel export, applications received by e-mail

3.3 Hiring plan (€99 or $99 per month, or €948 or $948 per year billed annually)

  • 2 users sharing jobs, talent pool and quota
  • 400 CV analyses per month
  • 30 interview reports per month
  • Talent pool, LinkedIn import and enrichment
  • Sharing analyses with hiring managers
  • Every Screening feature

3.4 Team plan (€249 or $249 per month, or €2,388 or $2,388 per year billed annually)

  • 5 users included, then €39 or $39 per month (€384 or $384 per year) per additional user
  • 1,500 CV analyses per month, shared by the team
  • 100 interview reports per month
  • Team workspace, WeRecruit connection, reports branded with your firm, priority support
  • Every Hiring feature

Prices are net prices: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Data

AI-generated analyses belong to the User. The Publisher may use anonymized data to improve the Services, and may produce and publish aggregated statistics about the use of the Services (for example the distribution of skills, education or scores). These statistics do not identify any candidate, User or company.
